Burton's art
A five-year-old girl sits in front of the screen and admires, and her mother suddenly turns off the TV, exclaiming: "Don't watch this horror." The girl couldn't understand why? This is so beautiful!
"Corpse Bride", "Edward Scissorhands", "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory", "Alice in Wonderland(2010)", "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children", "Beetlejuice".
Probably many watched these films. They are connected by Burton's art. Unfortunately, I found out only a year ago, but I saw most of his creations and praised. I want to acquaint you with the distinguishing features of his style in art.

Creativity. Yes, many of his works were adaptations, but each of them went through his perception. He never copied, his handwriting is visible everywhere. One of his works, “Corpse Bride,” this cartoon was shot frame by frame, his characters are dolls. This is more complicated than graphic, even manual drawing. One minute of the cartoon takes more than 5 hours of time.

Meaning. On the Internet they say that he promotes thoughts of death. Yes, in his works there is death, but it is not something terrible that cannot be talked about. He presents this as part of our life with which we must put up and not be afraid.
Team. Of course, the directors can not cope alone, he was able to realize his vision only with the help of his team. When watching his films, you can see that often Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter star in them. And in almost all films, Danny Elfman’s compositions.

DeleteHi, Malika! I share your love of Tim Burton movies. Tim Burton is the most mysterious and eccentric Director. His films are not only interesting, not ordinary, intellectual, they are deliciously beautiful! Every Tim Burton film is a work of art. And how many in them feelings and of emotions!
ReplyDeleteI think his films will be interesting for both children and adults because watching his films you get into a bright fairy tale, you laugh and cry with the characters, worry and rejoice for them
